Starting from winter semester 2020/21, the Islamic Academy of Germany (IAD) will offer a one-year study in Islamic Theology.
Learning content:
- Quran recitation
- Islamic beliefs
- Ethics
- Jurisprudence
- History of Islam
- Persian Language (spoken and written)
Offered places of study: 12
Admission requirements:
- A-levels / High school Diploma (or another comparable document, which is approved by the EU)
- Maximum age of 25 years old
- Residence permit in a European country
- Complete language skills in at least one European language (spoken and written)
- Successful application interview
Facilities:
- Accommodation in the dormitory of the IAD
- One free daily meal in the IAD
- Free access to the fitness facility
- Professional consultation from experienced mentors
- Participation in the annual study trip and other short trips
- Official certificate of completion of the short course in Islamic theology
- Eligibility for the participation in the bachelor program (BA) offered by IAD
Fees of participation in this course:
- The cost of participating in this course will be paid by the benefactors of the Islamic Center of Hamburg in exchange for a commitment from the applicants to comply with the requirements of education, and therefore no fee will be charged from the diligent students.
